Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on “Order” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept payment by Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB…plus we also now accept Paypal. When completing your order, you will be given options to select the currency by which you wish to purchase your goods. If your home currency is not available, please select another option and your credit card company will convert this amount into your home currency.
Sterling cheques are also accepted (made payable to “Liverbird Greetings”) for orders. Please email us to confirm total costs including postage and postal address.
Shipping and Handling Postage and packing charges are made on all of our products depending on the weight of the order and your geographical location. Please select ‘Checkout’ to view the postage charges for your oder.
Delivery Schedule Please allow 28 days for delivery from receipt of order although orders are usually despatched within a couple of days
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices are inclusive of 20% value added tax.

Guarantee All products are guarenteed for 30 days from despatch, we will replace or refund the value of faulty merchandise during this time.
Returns Policy We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us and we operate a 30 day returns policy to enable you to return products to us in appropriate circumstances. If a product is faulty it will be replaced at no cost to you and arrangements will be made with you for the return of the original item/s. If you wish to return/change an item, we must receive the product you are returning within 30 days following the date of purchase. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. We will give a refund to you for the full price of any product properly returned, in accordance with the terms of this returns policy. If the product was faulty we will cover the postage of the replacement item. If you change your mind and want to return the item/s, a refund will be issued excluding the original postage costs (if applicable). If the item was delivered ‘free’ within local postcode areas L1-L35, it is your responsibility to return the item/s to us.
